Technical Communications Specialist
We are looking for a Technical Communications Specialist. You can understand our advanced IT products and turn that knowledge into presentations, brochures, and facts sheets that wow our customers

Engineer meets technical writing
As our new Technical Communications Specialist, you will be based in our Marketing department and be the bridge between our product engineering teams and our customers. Your mission is to understand our domain and our complex IT solutions in-depth and translate this knowledge into engaging, accurate, and accessible sales materials for our customers.
You will work closely with our Marketing team, developers, technical presales, and product managers to turn technical knowledge into powerful marketing assets.
Areas of responsibility:
Translate complexity into clarity - create brochure text, presentations, factsheets, and technical proposal text that explain our solutions to a our customers without losing them in engineering terms.
Collaborate with technical experts - work closely with our development and presales teams to fully understand the capabilities of our products.
Stay ahead on technology - keep your knowledge of our solutions, industry trends, and market needs up to date.
Ensure consistency & quality - guarantee that all technical marketing materials align with XCI’s standards, brand, and messaging - in collaboration with our Marketing team.
About you:
Engineering degree or strong technical background (Technical communication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar).
Excellent communication skills - able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience creating technical documentation, marketing materials, and product presentations.
Familiarity with enterprise IT concepts, AI/ML, scalable architectures, and real-time data processing (experience with our tech stack is a plus).
Organised and detail-oriented - capable of collecting and organizing knowledge without loosing the important details.
Hands-on, proactive mindset - you take ownership of sales collateral.
Willingness to travel 10-15 days a year - visit customers and exhibitions, to stay updated on market trends.
Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.
