We’re seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist with a strong focus on onboarding, someone who is curious, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed. Are you a structured, people-first professional who loves designing learning programs that make complex processes clear and actionable? Do you enjoy translating organizational knowledge into scalable, practical solutions while collaborating across teams? If so, you could be the next key member of our People & Culture team.
As a Learning & Development Specialist you will:
Design end-to-end onboarding journeys that accelerate learning, integration, and productivity.
Build role-based learning frameworks with training programs, competency maps, assessments, and clear success metrics.
Develop role-based learning frameworks, including competency maps, training programs, assessments, and success metrics to reduce time-to-productivity.
Lead knowledge sharing initiatives, ensuring new hires quickly access critical domain expertise.
Build and support mentorship programs that connect employees with experienced colleagues for guidance and cultural alignment.
Partner with managers to enable onboarding, providing coaching, templates, and structured support.
Collect and act on feedback loops from surveys, mentoring interactions, and manager input to continuously improve the experience.
Maintain and evolve onboarding guides and resources, ensuring consistency and clarity across the organization.
Share insights with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and elevate the employee experience.
About you
You are a people-first professional who brings calm structure and clarity to fast-moving environments. You have a natural ability to bring the right people together and make learning and knowledge transfer effortless. You listen carefully, identify what’s needed, and drive progress while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
You have experience with:
Designing and delivering structured onboarding programs in high-growth or scale-up software environments.
Facilitating mentorship and manager enablement programs.
Leading knowledge transfer initiatives to get employees productive fast.
Using data and feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Translating organizational complexity into clear, actionable learning solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
