Drive financial excellence
We are looking for a Controller to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will manage key financial processes, provide actionable insights, and act as a trusted business partner to management and colleagues. You will play a central role in strengthening financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Areas of responsibility:

• Support the continuous development of our newly implemented ERP system and the process of importing historical data in new ERP system
• Contributes to the enhancement and development of Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities for financial reporting and analysis
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing guidance and insights to management and colleagues on financial matters
• Support the preparation of financial reports, forecasts and budgets
• Oversee the capitalization of development costs, ensuring compliance in accounting of capitalized assets
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal finance processes
• Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Support consolidation of our legal entities, audit preparations and annual financial statement processes
• Assist with contract management for supplier agreements, in coordination with IT and Legal teams

About you:
You have proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a role as a controller or senior finance professional. You possess strong analytical skills, are detail-oriented, and work in a structured, process-focused manner. At the same time, you are independent and proactive yet thrive in a collaborative team environment.

You are proficient in ERP systems, Excel and BI systems, and experience with Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Fabric/Power BI is an advantage. Preferably, you have experience with accrual accounting as a revenue recognition method and have been a part of implementing a new ERP.

You are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken, and you understand how to build a bridge between numbers and reality, thus making financial data understandable and usable for the broad management group. To succeed in this, you need to understand underlying data and the day-to-day tasks and procedures which birth these data.
