Implement and support mission-critical systems

As a System Consultant, you will work closely with a skilled team of consultants, engineers, and trainers to deliver, maintain, and support XCI’s software solutions. You’ll interact with our customers—some of the most critical agencies in the world—helping them use our products efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute customer deliveries, including software installation and system configuration
- Conduct training sessions in collaboration with XCI Academy
- Support customer installations—remotely and onsite
- Handle inquiries via our support ticket system, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Participate in release testing and contribute to technical documentation
- Join the 24/7 on-call rotation, ensuring mission-critical uptime for our customers
- Act as a bridge between customer needs and the development team
About You
You are an experienced System Consultant or IT Consultant with 3–5 years of relevant experience in an international software environment. Technically skilled and solution-oriented, you are driven by the opportunity to deliver robust, reliable systems that contribute to a safer world. You bring a solid technical foundation, a customer-first mindset, and a deep understanding of operating within large, mission-critical environments.
You are responsible, with a clear “the task stops with me” mentality, ensuring that every issue is seen through to resolution. You work in a calm and structured manner—even under pressure, maintaining clarity and control in challenging situations. Your service-minded attitude and ability to build rapport make you highly effective in direct customer interactions. With strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, you express ideas clearly and professionally. Passionate about continuous improvement, you stay proactively informed on the latest trends in infrastructure and system operations.
You have experience with:
- Linux system administration and scripting
- Docker and virtualization technologies
- Kubernetes
- Monitoring tools (e.g., Graphite, Grafana)
- ElasticSearch and MongoDB (a plus)
- Supporting both Linux and Windows-based environments
