Leading a team of Software Developers
You will lead a specialized team of software developers focused on automated analysis of IP protocols and application communication patterns. We combine deep technical expertise in protocol analysis with machine learning to perform our work at speed and at scale.

You will guide a team of skilled developers working with high-performance C++ code and ML models in an informal, collaborative environment where your technical input directly shapes our systems. You will have significant influence on your own tasks, and great opportunities for both professional and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team of expert developers, conducting annual reviews and fostering growth
• Technical Strategy: Lead problem-solving initiatives and contribute to new feature development
• System Reliability: Ensure operational excellence of automated analysis systems processing large datasets
• Innovation: Research and implement new methods and tools to solve challenging customer problems
• Quality Assurance: Drive troubleshooting and debugging efforts across internal and external testing

About you:
You might be a former software developer with team leadership experience, or senior engineer with proven ability to communicate, coordinate, and inspire technical teams.  Additionally, you have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with C++, Java, or Python
• Deep understanding of IP protocols and network data analysis
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Experience with large-scale data processing and automation

Leadership Skills:

• Track record of developing technical talent
• Ability to set clear goals and execute strategic plans
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Balance of independent work capability and collaborative teamwork
