If you are motivated by working in a high-stakes security environment and have experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, we are looking for a skilled Senior IT & Network Engineer for our Infrastructure & Operations team who can actively contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our secure hybrid IT platforms. You will also drive infrastructure projects and support operational excellence; all while being driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world.

Your primary role will be to design, implement, secure, and maintain our hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Areas of responsibility:

• Design, implement and support, scalable IT and network infrastructure
• Leading IT and network infrastructure projects, such as office buildouts, migrations, and upgrades
• Manage and support network infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms
• Support endpoint/device management and user access management
• Collaborating with DevOps and security teams on infrastructure projects, automation and compliance

About you:

You have several years of experience working with enterprise IT and network infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud environments, and you bring a strong background from client-facing roles or IT consulting. You excel at troubleshooting complex issues, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and driving IT initiatives forward from planning to execution.

Motivated by continuous learning, you naturally explore new technologies and enjoy contributing to the improvement of security, resilience, and efficiency within IT operation. You have successfully delivered end-to-end infrastructure projects and are experienced in operating within hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.

Collaboration comes naturally to you—you work effectively with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment. You are also well-versed in handling security incidents and preparing for audits, ensuring compliance and operational readiness. As a strong team player, you actively share knowledge and insights with colleagues, and you communicate fluently in English, both in writing and speaking.

You have experience with:

• Designing and implementing enterprise network infrastructure and preferably certifications from Fortinet, Cisco or similar.
• Windows and Linux Server Administration and recent hands on experience with Active Directory, GPOs, file and print services
• Virtualization Technologies like VMware and Hyper-V
• Security Architecture and Operations: Network monitoring, IDS/IPS, SIEM, firewall configuration, patch management, endpoint protection
• Monitoring & Alerting Tools: Zabbix, centralized logging
• Scripting and Automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible
• ITIL & Change Management: Service desk workflows, incident/change management
