We’re seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize our sales processes, drive operational excellence, and contribute to overall business growth.
Your Role – Enabling Sales and Operational Success
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be a key player in aligning strategy, processes, and tools across our sales organization. Your focus will be on driving operational efficiency, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and supporting the sales team with insights, systems, and best practices.
Working closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams, you’ll enjoy a collaborative environment with real influence over your responsibilities and significant opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and performance
- Analyze sales performance metrics and generate actionable insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
- Ensure accurate and consistent data usage in CRM and other sales systems
- Support go-to-market planning, territory management, and account segmentation
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support sales enablement and customer success
- Support the sales team with LCM, capture planning and sales strategy.
- Ensure all sales operations align with company policies, compliance, and legal standards
About You:
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the sales cycle and the best operational practices in B2G or B2B tech environments. You’re motivated by improving processes, supporting teams, and using data to drive results.
You have experience with:
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the software or cybersecurity sector
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools
- Ability to translate business goals into scalable processes and actionable plans
- Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English, both spoken and written
