Empower engineering teams to deliver mission-critical technology
If you are motivated by leading high-performing technical teams and have experience in engineering leadership, we are looking for a skilled Senior Engineering Manager for our Engineering team who can actively contribute to creating the structure, strategy, and leadership needed to deliver mission-critical products. You will also guide team leaders, foster a strong engineering culture, and collaborate with key stakeholders—all while being driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world.

Your primary role will be to set the direction and tactical execution for our engineering teams while managing, supporting, and empowering teams leads to success.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage in-team leads to ensure they become the best possible managers.
• Support in recruitment, retention, conflict resolution, and team motivation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Head of Engineering, and CTO on long-term technical vision.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of technical features and projects.
• Act as incident manager for relevant cross-team challenges and ensure risk communication.

About you: 
You have several years of experience with engineering management, including leading team leaders and managing distributed or cross-functional teams. Additionally, you excel at fostering team culture, supporting growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

You are motivated by continuous learning and have a natural interest in exploring new technologies within the field. You find it exciting to contribute to the improvement of technical strategy and team capabilities.

Furthermore, you are a strong team player who shares valuable ideas and knowledge with your colleagues. You communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking.

You have experience with:

• Managing and coaching technical leads and developers
• Organizational development and scaling teams
• Technical incident management and risk handling
• Driving engineering excellence and performance monitoring
• Cross-team collaboration with product, marketing, and pre-sales
