We are seeking a talented Technical Coordinator to join our Back Office support team, playing a vital role in driving customer success in close cooperation with our system consultants. Areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for Technical Customer Support via XCI Ticketing system.
- Status meetings with customers to ensure follow-up by engaging, seamless and effective communication around customer issues and requests.
- Internal support for the System Consultants: Uploads of files to customer portal, configurations etc.
- Continuous internal status and follow up with Development department
- Deliver content to monthly reporting – Customer activity etc.
- Release management
- License handling and management
About you:
You have a technical background and ideally some experience in customer support and success. Building strong relationships with both colleagues and customers comes naturally to you. Additionally, you bring a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
You are motivated by continuous learning and have a natural interest in exploring new technologies within the field.
Furthermore, you are a strong team player who shares valuable ideas and knowledge with your colleagues. You communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking.
You have experience with:
We imagine you are service-oriented and have strong communication skills, as your role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders. While experience is something you will continue to build in this position, having around a year of prior experience is an advantage.
