Leading a team of Software Developers
Automation is at the core of our work, making it essential to develop methods and systems that enable quick identification and debugging of issues.
You will join a skilled and dedicated team of 7-10 developers with extensive technical expertise across various technologies and programming languages. Our work environment is informal, fostering collaboration and support among colleagues. You will have a significant influence on your own tasks, and great opportunities for both professional and personal development.
Your responsibilities:
- Guide and support the team and lead developers in fostering a productive environment that drives results and growth
- Ensuring well-being of the team, incl. annual development dialogues and salary reviews
- Assist in ensuring that the team’s-maintained systems remain operational and deliver effective results
- Be part of technical problem solving and when possible, contribute to development of new features
- Developing, improving, and maintaining systems for automating the analysis of large data sets
- Researching and testing of new methods and tools to address customer challenges
- Troubleshooting and debugging based on internal and external testing
About you:
You might be a former software developer with experience leading a small team or a senior engineer with a talent for communication, coordination, and inspiring others. You're capable of working independently when necessary but also thrive in a team environment. Additionally, you have strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
You have experience with:
- Leading and bringing out the best in people
- Setting and communicating a goal, and develop a plan to achieve it
- Software development methodologies
- Python or JavaScript/React programming
- IP Data and Protocol analysis
