Product ownership
At XCI, we are growing our product management team and seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead one of our key products. In this role, you will be responsible for the product's value and viability, defining roadmap and development plans and will be accountable for the results of the product team. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product's success and align it with our vision and company strategy.

You will be a key player in adding quality and value to our product management strategy and product development process to ensure alignment with the other Product Managers and establish XCI product management best practices.

Areas of responsibility:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Product Roadmap: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, marketing, development, customers, industry experts etc.) to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
• Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs and customer insights into detailed product capabilities and user stories.
• Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the development team focuses on the highest-impact tasks.
• Market and User Research: Conduct market analysis and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and feature enhancements.
• Performance Tracking and KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide decision-making.
• Product Launches: Lead product releases and go-to-market strategies, ensuring a successful launch and adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate product performance and iteratively improve features and user experience based on data and feedback.

About you:
You bring several years of experience in software product management, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments. You excel at managing multiple stakeholders and have a strategic mindset. With a strong understanding of product management tools, you can quickly understand complex market challenges and translate them into impactful software features and products. Your exceptional communication skills and collaborative nature, combined with a curious, analytical approach, make you an effective Product Manager and problem-solver.

You openly share your knowledge with your colleagues and can work independently when but also team oriented.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.

You have experience with:

• Product development and delivery of complex software products
• Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum
• Stakeholder management
• Release planning
• Market research
