Align market requirements with development
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Expert who is motivated to take part in improving our cutting-edge software solutions to government organizations. You will be demonstrating the latest software solutions to new and existing customers and provide their feedback to our development department, which is why it’s important that you understand both customer requirements and what is possible to develop.
As a Solution Expert, you will be a key point-of-contact for customers, providing both pre- and post-sales advice. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and colleagues from various departments. You will be part of a growing sales team, assisting on technical queries, proposals, demonstrations, while showcasing the value of our innovative products and services.
Areas of responsibility:
- Partnering with sales executives to plan and execute complex deals.
- Delivering value based and compelling presentations and demos to clients
- Handling technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses
- Gathering and documenting competitive intelligence
- Supporting marketing initiatives by participating in trade shows, conferences, and other events
- Communicating client requirements to the development teams for future product enhancements
- Aligning product development with customer needs to enrich the software and to ensure the software can meet customer needs when delivered
- Architecting complex customer solutions in close cooperation with our Product Development teams
About you:
You have worked several years as a successful technical Solution Expert, with a proven track record, and you might have a developer background. You have problem solving skills and are excellent in performing customer engaging presentations, where you can communicate complex technical solutions in a simplified way. In addition, you master building strong relationships with both customers and development teams. You should expect to have 40-60 travelling days per year, and it is a requirement to be fluent in written and spoken English.
You have experience with:
- Presentation of complex Software solutions within B2G
- Technical problem-solving situations
- Answering RFI/RFP’s
- Working in both a sales and technical environment
- Technical solution integrations
- Providing high-level resource requirement estimation
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- Microservices and high-performing data processing
- NOSQL and SQL databases, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink
- Docker and Kubernetes for large deployments
